PEMF Therapy
What Is PEMF Therapy
PEMF (Pulsed electromagnetic therapy) is one of the safest and non-invasive methods of treating a series of bodily injuries. These practices are done by trained professionals, who understand the body's functionality and response to electric pulses, ensuring no risks in such therapy practices.
PEMFs are safe and are known for having a positive impact on pain relief and effective recovery of various conditions such as tissue damage, blood clots, and stiffness in joints. PEMFs aim to replicate the healing process of the body's electric pulse that stimulates healing and aids the process through strengthening and conditioning.

How Does PEMF Therapy Work?
Pulsed PEMF therapy sends magnetic energy into the body by inducing a mild electrical current into the damaged cells. These energy waves increase electrolytes and ions in the body, which naturally influences electrical changes in cellular levels and metabolism. They work with your body’s natural magnetic field to slow down or stop the release of pain and inflammatory mediators, increase the blood flow of cells and reestablish normal cell interaction which improves healing.
With reduced inflammation, pain decreases, energy increases, and faster tissue healing occurs.

Dry Needling Therapy
Dry Needling is a treatment technique that involves inserting thin needles into the skin at specific points on the body, known as trigger points. The needles are inserted without injecting any substances, hence the name “dry” needling. The technique is used to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility in areas such as the neck, shoulders, knees, lower back and other parts of the body. Often, dry needling is used in conjunction with other physical therapy techniques, such as massage and stretching. |
