I came to EC Kinetic with lower back pain (herniated discs) and hip pain (bursitis). More than likely, a long ignored running injury. Super tight hamstrings and limited mobility in my hips. Scheduling appointments was easy and there was no waiting at my appointments. ECK is very clean and organized. They have a staff massage therapist. That was definitely one my favorite parts. Thank you M!
What I liked best about ECK was that during my initial visit, after long conversations about my physical history and current symptoms, Dr. Cherry said - "What is your goal at the end of your treatment?" For me, it was to be pain free and regain range of motion in my hips. I was so uncomfortable, if I never ran another day, I was ok with that! I did not want to use pain medication or have any type of surgery. And ECK did just that! It is now several months after my treatment and I am still feeling fantastic! I follow the exercise program I was given. At 50, I realized I must modify my activity. I am back to doing yoga, walking long distances and most of all enjoying life pain free - seriously I had no idea how much pain I was in until I went through PT.
